The EK110002100 Major Maintenance Kit is the Leybold solution for comprehensive service of TRIVAC D16B DOT rotary vane vacuum pumps, specifically engineered for DOT (brake fluid) applications. This kit includes all critical wear and sealing parts required for a full major maintenance—such as vanes, O-rings, gaskets, shaft seals, valve plates, and internal demisters—ensuring reliable operation and restoring vacuum integrity. All components are manufactured from EPDM and other materials compatible with DOT 4 brake fluid, as required for the D16B DOT variant. No oil is included; use only approved brake fluid as the sealing and lubricating agent. Designed for scheduled major overhauls, this kit helps prevent leaks, maintain optimal pump performance, and extend service life in demanding automotive and industrial brake fluid filling applications. For safety and compliance, always use genuine Leybold kits and follow the recommended service intervals. This kit is not suitable for standard oil-sealed or ATEX/BCS/PFPE variants.
